Our fitness director, Brian Blackwell trains clients with a broad range of goals. He works with adults to improve their strength and conditioning, and with student athletes to improve their strength, speed and agility. He also can coach clients on weight loss, nutrition and fitness.
Brian has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He believes that effective training requires a program designed to meet the client’s goals, along with accountability and encouragement to continually strive for the next level of fitness.
He is available for 30 or 60 minute private and semi-private sessions. Get a friend to share the sessions and get both savings and additional support and motivation! Studies show that exercising with a partner creates more success than going it alone.
Certified by Union Pacific Railroad as a trainer for their SHIP II wellness program, Brian has helped UP employees reduce their body mass index, increase their flexibility and improve their overall fitness. Not only do they look and feel better, these accomplishments help UP employees work more safely and avoid accidents and illnesses that can be prevented.
